Staff compliance is non-negotiable post-2017 NCPCR. Every adult on the premises must clear POCSO background checks and police verification. The pupil-teacher ratio determines your maximum capacity and is the single most frequently audited metric. 30–45 days to hire and verify.

Statutory clearances run in parallel, take 60–120 days, and feed into the final State Recognition Certificate — the document that legally permits enrolment. Start clearances as soon as Stage 3 (infrastructure) work begins. Most failure to launch on time happens here.
